Psystar Slaps Apple With Antitrust Suit Over OS X

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009, 2:35 PM ET) -- Computer manufacturer Psystar Corp. has hit Apple Inc. with a new set of antitrust allegations over the tying of the Mac OS X operating system to Apple computers, following a judge's dismissal of similar counterclaims in Apple's ongoing trademark and copyright infringement suit against Psystar.
