Law360, New York (September 01, 2009, 5:51 PM ET) -- Ven-A-Care of the Florida Keys Inc. and Abbott Laboratories have traded motions for partial summary judgment in a whistleblower suit filed by Ven-A-Care accusing Abbott of reporting inflated prices for generic drugs containing the antibiotic erythromycin to Medicaid.
In motions filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Ven-A-Care and Abbott each asked for summary judgment on a number of different claims.
