Milk MDL Plaintiffs Say Defendants Didn't Sink Farms

Law360, New York (September 08, 2009, 3:56 PM ET) -- Dairy farmer plaintiffs accusing major milk bottling and distribution companies of anti-competitive practices in the Southeastern U.S. do not intend to argue in their Sherman Act lawsuit that farms have been driven out of business, their attorney said Tuesday.
