Feds Fight To Keep Protonix Bundling Suit Alive

Law360, New York (September 15, 2009, 4:32 PM ET) -- The U.S. government has fired back at Wyeth's bid to dismiss a consolidated whistleblower suit that accuses the drugmaker of overcharging state Medicaid programs hundreds of millions of dollars for acid reflux treatment Protonix, claiming Wyeth misstated facts and concocted tortured after-the-fact justifications for the fraud.
