Direct Purchasers Want Market Docs In Wellbutrin MDL

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 6:04 PM ET) -- Direct purchaser plaintiffs in an antitrust class action alleging Biovail Corp. and GlaxoSmithKline PLC conspired to stifle the market for a generic version of antidepressant Wellbutrin XL have asked defendants to turn over market projections depicting how the generic would affect sales and prices for the branded bupropion.
