Class OK'd In Canadian Peroxide Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 03, 2009, 2:21 PM ET) -- An Ontario judge has certified a class of direct and indirect purchasers in a price-fixing action against hydrogen peroxide makers, the first time class certification has been granted in an antitrust case in Canada and moving against a federal appeals court decision in the U.S. overturning class certification in hydrogen peroxide litigation.
