Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 4:41 PM ET) -- Coca-Cola Co. has asked a federal judge to force Pom Wonderful Inc. to correct several discovery deficiencies that have allegedly prejudiced the beverage giant in a suit accusing Coke of violating the Lanham Act by falsely advertising the ingredients in its pomegranate-blend juice.
Pom produced more than 420,000 documents totaling more than 3 million pages in response to Coke's production requests that were allegedly not properly categorized or sorted for relevancy, according to a motion to compel discovery responses that Coke submitted Wednesday in the U.S....
