Law360, New York (November 03, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- On the eve of trial, a federal judge has clarified the definition of a term at the center of an antitrust class action lawsuit alleging that a slew of pharmaceutical companies defrauded consumers by artificially inflating the prices of various prescription drugs.
