Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 8:10 PM ET) -- A New York State Supreme Court judge acquitted three former Marsh Inc. executives of bid-rigging, price-fixing and other charges Monday after a nearly yearlong trial.
The three men β including Joseph Peiser, the former managing director and head of Marsh's global broking excess casualty unit, who was the highest ranking executive to be charged in the case β were found not guilty.
