Australia Slaps Thai Airways With Air Cargo Cartel Suit

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 1:10 PM ET) -- Thai Airways International Public Co. Ltd. has become the latest airline to get hit with a lawsuit by Australia's competition regulator as part of a long-running investigation into cartel activity in the international air cargo industry.
