Magistrate Partly Grants Pom's Bid For Coke Docs

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 3:35 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has ordered Coca-Cola Co. to hand over some documents and respond to an interrogatory in a lawsuit Pom Wonderful Inc. filed accusing the beverage giant of violating the Lanham Act by falsely advertising the ingredients in its pomegranate-blend juice.

In a mixed ruling Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Magistrate Judge Fernando M. Olguin told Coke to hand over some documents, but also denied much of Pom's motion to compel.
