Fox Fights To Move Redbox Antitrust Case To Calif.

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 5:25 PM ET) -- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC has lashed out at Redbox Automated Retail LLC's bid to keep its copyright and antitrust allegations in the Delaware court that is currently hearing Redbox's suits against two other studios, saying Redbox can't connect the dots between its allegations and the Delaware jurisdiction.

Redbox does not identify any connection between Delaware and the events, witnesses or documents underlying the complaint's allegations, Fox said in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Wednesday.
