Discovery Disputes Continue In Milk Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (December 07, 2009, 7:28 PM ET) -- The magistrate judge shepherding litigation over an alleged antitrust conspiracy in the U.S. milk industry has ordered a former vice president of plaintiff Food Lion LLC to be deposed on Dec. 23, resolving the latest in a series of discovery disputes that have erupted between the parties.
