Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 6:53 PM ET) -- IPhone buyers alleging Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC monopolized the aftermarket for iPhone voice and data services have let drop a quest to force Apple to reveal the source code for its blockbuster gadget.
At the parties’ behest, U.S. Magistrate Judge Richard Seeborg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California canceled a hearing scheduled for Monday regarding the plaintiffs’ attempt to compel Apple to produce certain closely guarded documents, including the iPhone source code.
