UK Ex-CEO Loses Extradition Fight In Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 2:07 PM ET) -- The U.K.'s highest court has nixed an attempt by a former CEO of Morgan Crucible Co. PLC to avoid extradition to the U.S. to face obstruction of justice charges related to a price-fixing case.
