Swisscom Escapes $310M Fine For Termination Fees

Law360, New York (March 09, 2010, 2:35 PM ET) -- A Swiss court has overruled an antitrust watchdog's hefty fine of $333 million Swiss francs ($309.8 million) against Swisscom AG for allegedly abusing its dominant market position to overcharge for cell phone termination fees.

The Federal Administrative Court in Switzerland mostly ruled in Swisscom's favor in the telecommunications company's appeal of the ruling by the the Swiss Competition Commission, or Comco, Swisscom said on Tuesday.
