Mack Trucks Runs Over Ex-Distributor's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 7:25 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed Toledo Mack Sales & Service Inc.'s breach of contract suit accusing Mack Trucks Inc. of violating an agreement by offsetting the cost of parts it had to buy back from TMSS against a $1.6 million judgment Mack won from the distributor in a separate antitrust case.
