Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 1:11 PM ET) -- Speedo USA is looking to toss the remainder of an antitrust lawsuit brought by competitor TYR Sport Inc. that alleges Speedo and the U.S. national swim team worked together to promote Speedo swimsuits at the expense of TYR's products.
Speedo filed its motion for summary judgment Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, saying TYR cannot show it suffered actual injury from allegedly disparaging comments made by the swim team's head coach regarding TYR swimsuits.
