Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 2:25 PM ET) -- An Australian employee of mining giant Rio Tinto was reportedly sentenced Monday to 10 years in jail for receiving bribes and obtaining commercial secrets, while three of his Chinese colleagues have been sentenced to between seven and 14 years on similar charges.
