Law360, New York (April 09, 2010, 4:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge has issued an injunction barring both Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Inc. and rival Neutrogena Corp. from making certain claims in their advertisements for sunscreen found to be in violation of the Lanham Act and Delaware law.
Judge Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware issued an injunction Thursday based on a mid-March ruling that both companies had made false and misleading claims in sunscreen commercials.
