Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 1:24 PM ET) -- Automotive credit insurance provider Midwest Agency Services Inc. has filed a notice of appeal regarding a federal judge's decision to dismiss its antitrust suit against JPMorgan Chase Bank NA over an auto finance tying scheme.
