Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 1:17 PM ET) -- Chemical company McShares Inc. is appealing the dismissal of its complaint against a group of hydrogen peroxide manufacturers over alleged price-fixing, about a month after a federal judge found the complaint time-barred.
McShares filed a notice Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania that it would appeal the dismissal of its complaint, which was part of much larger multidistrict litigation, to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
