Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 1:13 PM ET) -- Humana Inc. and Aetna Inc. have become the latest indirect purchasers to settle with Purdue Pharma LP in a multidistrict litigation claiming the drugmaker blocked generic competition for painkiller OxyContin by filing bogus patent litigation.
Judge Sidney H. Stein of the the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Friday on the two insurance companies' stipulation dismissing all claims against Purdue with prejudice.
