Ex-SK Foods CEO Pleads Not Guilty In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 04, 2010, 7:20 PM ET) -- The former CEO of SK Foods LP has pled not guilty to a superseding indictment accusing him of bid-rigging and price-fixing for his alleged role in a conspiracy to suppress competition in the tomato processing industry.

Frederick Scott Salyer entered the plea at his arraignment on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, prosecutors confirmed.
