Claims Trimmed In Pom False Ad Suit Against Coke

Law360, New York (May 06, 2010, 3:52 PM ET) -- A Pom Wonderful LLC suit accusing The Coca-Cola Co. of misleading consumers with its blueberry-pomegranate labeled juice has survived a bid for summary judgment, though several claims are now off the table.
