NYC's Bid To Undo Health Insurance Merger Nixed

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 7:19 PM ET) -- A federal court has rejected an attempt by the city of New York to undo a merger of health insurance companies Group Health Inc. and HIP Foundation Inc. and denied the city's request to revise its complaint to include the “upward pricing pressure” test, finding no precedent exists to allow the court to consider the test.
