Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 4:25 PM ET) -- Responding to allegations that it infringed Reddy Ice Corp.’s ice-bagging patent, ISB-In Store Bagging Machine Co. LLC has accused the ice products maker of attempting to monopolize the market for ice packaging machines by engaging in sham patent litigation.
