Q: What will your agency’s enforcement priorities be over the next few years?
A: The JFTC will continue to vigorously fight against cartels and bid-rigging including international cases. It will also actively and promptly crack down on anti-competitive conduct relating to abuse of intellectual property rights and in the industries of information technology and public utilities.
