Cephalon Faces Another Provigil Pay-For-Delay Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 2:23 PM ET) -- Supermarket and pharmacy operator Giant Eagle Inc. has become the latest company to accuse Cephalon Inc. and several generics makers — including Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. — of conspiring to keep a generic version of narcolepsy drug Provigil off the market.
