Taiwan LCD Giant Charged In $500M Price-Fixing Scam

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 4:50 PM ET) -- A federal grand jury in San Francisco has returned a superseding indictment against AU Optronics Corp., charging the Taiwanese thin-film transistor liquid crystal display panel producer, a U.S. subsidiary and six executives with participating in a $500 million price-fixing scheme.
