Proskauer Boosts DC Antitrust Team With Kirkland Atty

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 4:41 PM ET) -- Proskauer Rose LLP has expanded its Washington antitrust group with the addition of a former Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner.

Colin R. Kass has extensive experience litigating scores of cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, Proskauer said in a statement Monday. He has worked with clients in numerous industries on matters spanning the full scope of antitrust and unfair competition-related litigation over the course of his career, according to the firm.
