Intel Seeks To Compel Depositions In Insurance Spat

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 3:09 PM ET) -- Intel Corp. has asked a court to order American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co. to produce its employees for depositions, in a dispute over coverage for the costs of its defense in antitrust suits brought by rival Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and consumers.

In a motion filed Monday, Intel asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to compel American Guarantee to produce two employees that the insurer identified in its initial disclosures as having knowledge of Intel's policy and claims.
