Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 6:01 PM ET) -- Oklahoma has become the 33rd state to ask to intervene in two consolidated whistleblower suits accusing Wyeth Inc. of overcharging state Medicaid programs hundreds of millions of dollars for the acid reflux treatment Protonix.
Oklahoma filed its motion to supplement that of 17 other states who asked to join the suits in May in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Wednesday.
