Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 6:07 PM ET) -- A New York state judge has upheld most of the 90 counts leveled against one of the key players in an alleged kickback scheme involving New York’s largest pension fund, including bribery, enterprise corruption, money laundering and securities law violations.
