Cos. Appeal €519M Rubber Cartel Fine

Law360, New York (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Several companies that were issued a collective €519 million fine last November by the European Commission for allegedly fixing the prices of synthetic rubbers have appealed the decision to the European Union’s second-highest court.
