AUO Exec Loses Travel Pass Bid In LCD Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 6:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected an AU Optronics Corp. director's bid for a travel pass, even as a report said the Taiwanese government would issue a guarantee letter in an effort to persuade the U.S. to allow the AUO executives accused of participating in a $500 million price-fixing scheme to leave the country.
