Ill. Law Discriminates Against Anheuser-Busch: Judge

Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 5:14 PM ET) -- Anheuser-Busch Inc. has won its bid for a judicial declaration that an Illinois law blocking the beer giant from buying local alcoholic beverage distributor City Beverage LLC unfairly discriminates against out-of-state brewers.
