Dean Foods Must Produce Info In Milk Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:14 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered Dean Foods Co. to answer three interrogatories related to a conspiracy claim brought by retailer plaintiffs in milk antitrust multidistrict litigation, following the food giant's refusal to answer the queries and its request for a protective order to keep it safe from doing so.
