Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 2:58 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs in a consolidated class action over a price-fixing conspiracy for components of commercial food service equipment have struck a $2.5 million settlement with defendant Component Hardware Group Inc.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs announced the settlement Friday. The agreement still needs to be approved by a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where the case against CHG, Kason Industries Inc. and other defendants is pending.
