Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 12:42 PM ET) -- China Airlines Ltd. has agreed to pay a $40 million criminal fine to settle a price-fixing charge, making it the latest airline to cop a deal in the U.S. Department of Justice's probe into the international air cargo industry.
