CareCore Hit With $34M Verdict In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 5:29 PM ET) -- A federal jury has awarded several New York radiology practices $11.3 million in damages — which will be trebled by law to more than $34 million — in their antitrust suit accusing CareCore National LLC of conspiring to exclude them from some of the largest insurance networks for upright MRI services in the area.
