Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 2:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to rule on whether incumbent local telephone companies can charge rival telecoms competitive rates for access to network-connecting entrance facilities instead of less expensive, cost-based fees.
