MetroPCS Challenges FCC Net Neutrality Rules

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 2:18 PM ET) -- MetroPCS Communications Inc. has become the second company to challenge net neutrality rules the Federal Communications Commission adopted in December, arguing that the rules exceed the FCC's authority.

MetroPCS filed its appeal of the rules Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the same court where Verizon Communications Inc. appealed the rules on Thursday.
