Hitachi Fails To Shield Foreign Docs In LCD MDL

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 3:05 PM ET) -- A California federal judge overseeing the liquid crystal display antitrust multidistrict litigation ordered a closed review Tuesday of documents from European and Japanese investigations into allegations that Hitachi Ltd. engaged in a price-fixing conspiracy with other LCD makers.
