Law360, New York (March 08, 2011, 6:54 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Tuesday that AT&T Michigan must publicize the terms of customer contracts it sells to competitors for resale, a key reversal in a ruling that otherwise preserved the telecommunications giant's control over its resale obligations.
A provision in the Federal Telecommunications Act protecting customers' proprietary information does not preclude the release of contractual terms, a three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ruled.
