Class Rep Pushes To Kill Deal Over Chemo Drug Sales

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 2:27 PM ET) -- With the fate of his attorney still pending before the First Circuit, the representative of a consumer class allegedly overcharged for chemotherapy drugs lodged a last-ditch attempt Friday to disqualify the lead class counsel and kill a proposed settlement agreement.
