Dean Foods To Settle Antitrust Suit With Assets Sale

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 6:59 PM ET) -- Dean Foods Co. said Tuesday it had agreed to divest a milk processing plant and some of the assets it acquired from Foremost Farms USA Cooperative in a move to resolve an antitrust suit in Wisconsin launched by the U.S. Department of Justice.
