Innospec Told To Give Bank Info To NewMarket

Law360, New York (April 01, 2011, 6:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Virginia on Friday ordered Innospec Inc. to try harder to meet a discovery request regarding bank information in NewMarket Corp.'s suit alleging it bribed officials in Iraq and Indonesia to secure sales of its fuel additive.
