Law360, New York (April 08, 2011, 1:32 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson on Friday agreed to pay nearly $78 million to settle civil claims brought by U.S. and U.K. regulators and criminal charges in the U.S. that its subsidiaries bribed doctors in Europe and paid kickbacks in Iraq to increase business.
