Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 4:33 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that Polar Air Cargo Worldwide Inc. will have to join an air cargo price-fixing class action alongside a subsidiary that already pled guilty to the plot in a separate case, giving the plaintiffs access to its deep pockets.
Having Polar Worldwide in the litigation alongside Polar Air Cargo LLC will “facilitate the conduct of the litigation,” Judge John Gleeson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York said.
